This honey comes from wild thistle bushes found deep in the Mediterranean mountains. Only a limited supply of this raw, wild honey is available. The bees which produce this wild natural honey are never fed suger.

DIRECTIONS

Take 1 tablespoon daily as raw, wild food. 

Use as a natural sweetener on cereals, in smoothies, or in yougurt.
